Hi Friends,

What is the secret sauce in your organization? That one thing that makes you feel so good to get up and go to work each day?

At the World of Learning, I am so excited by the difference our live sessions make in the lives of our students. Our teachers are serious about getting it right, about continuously improving. They work with Erin, Lauren, and Olivia to practice new tools, create new lesson slides, and work on alternative assessments. The learners’ are the real winner.

Don’t get me wrong, sometimes the days are long, the students are not engaged - they google translate their assignments.

Yet, we love the work. We get excited to try new ideas. We learn from each other all the time.
